How can I track my Dockers® return?
You can track the status of your return by following the below steps:
If you are signed in to your Dockers® profile
- Go to your Account in the top-right menu and select "Order History"
- Click on "View order" for the order you returned
- In the order page, scroll down and click on "Track your Parcel"
- Click on the EUST tracking number to be redirected to our partner's tracking portal
- Click on "Link to your return tracking" to access the latest information on your returned parcel
- Your return status information will display on a new page
If you are a guest user
- Look for "Your order is on the way" email from Dockers® in your inbox
- Click on the EUST tracking number in the email to be redirected to our partner's tracking portal
- Click on "Link to your return tracking" to access the latest information on your returned parcel
- Your return status information will display on a new page
Additional Return Details
- Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your returned items at our Distribution Center.
- Your refund can take up to 14 working days from the drop-off date. You will receive a refund confirmation email after your return has been processed.
- Refund processing times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside of our control. If you should have any inquiries about processing times please contact your bank for more information.
- All refunds made in the original form of payment.
